Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Replayers for using the app. Please read them — in particular the sections on who can use Replayers and on the footage you upload, which carries real responsibilities because it often shows other people, including children.
1. Who we are
Replayers ("we", "us") is operated by Digital Blocks, a sole proprietorship based in Quebec, Canada.
2. Who can use Replayers
Children under 14 cannot create their own account, and players under 16 must give us a parent or guardian's email address so that the parent or guardian can approve the account. (Quebec law requires a parent's or tutor's consent to collect personal information about a child under 14.) Coaches and teams are responsible for the people they add and for the footage they upload.
3. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your login details secure, and you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it's been compromised.
4. Footage you upload, and permission to use it
You may only upload footage you have the right to upload. If footage shows identifiable people — especially children — you confirm that you have the necessary consent (including a parent or guardian's consent for a child) to upload it and to have it processed into clips and highlights.
You keep ownership of your footage. You grant us the limited licence we need to store and process it to provide the service to you. If you no longer have permission for a piece of footage, remove it — and anyone featured can ask us to remove footage of them.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Replayers for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive; don't upload other people's footage without permission; and don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
6. Subscriptions, payments, and credits
Replayers offers Player and Team plans and one-off clip credits, billed through Stripe. The price (plus applicable taxes), any free trial, and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Replayers running well, but we may add, change, or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, or any other right that cannot be limited by contract. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Replayers and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, particularly around consent and the footage of others.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll email you the new version at least 30 days before it takes effect, explaining what's changing. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them takes away a consumer's right to bring a claim before the courts where they live.
12. Language
A French version of these terms will be available before launch, as required in Quebec.
